As a Senior Communication Designer, I developed and maintained the visual identity of QIC Digital Hub, QIC’s employer and corporate brand. My work ranged from social media creatives to internal special projects.

Using the hub’s existing identity and design system, I created a large volume of social media content, from external LinkedIn posts to internal digests and Slack announcements.

I was also involved in two special initiatives for our team, each tied to a company event.

The first was for International Women’s Day. We wanted to find out what the women in our company listen to, so we collected their favorite songs and asked each of them to share why that track means so much to them. The project got a great response across the team, and everyone enjoyed discovering their colleagues’ musical tastes.

The last special project for the Hub’s teams celebrated its fifth birthday in 2026. To mark the anniversary, we created a project that helped people in our company get to know each other beyond being just colleagues.

The goal was to go beyond a typical corporate birthday and create something simple, fun and personal. The key visual drew on the questionnaires many of us filled out with friends as kids, which fit perfectly with the idea of getting to know each other better.

We filled it with the company’s inside jokes and Easter eggs. I also designed three questionnaire templates that people could choose from and fill out online on a landing page built specially for the event.

At QIC Digital Hub, employees could earn achievements for their activity, both at work and beyond it. But they existed only as small icons in the HR portal and were easy to overlook. We set out to turn them into something people would actually want to earn.
